Hey guys :)
First of all I wanted to say thanks to all of you who nominated me, gave me a +1 or even voted for me at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
magicawards! It means a lot to me and has given me quite a confidence boost tbh ♥
Second, I've been kind of swamped with University work, and my creativity has been suffering a bit. I've worked on thea_mused batch for quite some while and I'm still not entirely satisfied with some of these, but I figured I'd just post them anyway. I still hope you enjoy them :) I've included some rambling about the crossover under the cut, because I seriously thought about this way too much :P
01 - 15 Fringe/The X-Files crossover [a_mused entry]
16 - 20 The X-Files
21 - 30 Fringe [random, challenge entries]
When I read the newesta_mused challenge post and saw the crossover challenge, the first thought I immediately had was to do a Fringe/The X-Files crossover batch. I'm a fan of both and when Fringe first started there was quite a bit of speculation that it was a XF rip-off. Thankfully Fringe has found itself, but at the same time there have been quite a bit of parallels to The X-Files, they even included some X-Files easter eggs in the show. Plus, even a XF-themed Fringe intro works :P The one thing I learned during this batch though was that I'm pretty incapable of doing good manips. And that those that are able to make good The X-Files icons with the LQ screencaps of the earlier seasons are absolute geniuses.
I pretty much had a head!canon for this crossover batch which included Scully and Walter doing fun sciency stuff together (... which basically means autopsies ;) #6,#7) or the teams ~investigating weird cases (#3,#8-10,#13-15).
